Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment safely across job sites
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site maintenance including debris removal, waste disposal, and minor repairs as needed
Help with site setup and breakdown for daily operations or special projects




Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors to ensure ongoing safety compliance

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments
Prior experience in labouring roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
