Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth operations across the worksite. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting, contributing to the completion of construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Prepare work sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by holding, lifting, or moving materials as needed
Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents promptly
Perform general physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying,



and stacking materials

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
Robust work ethic with attention to safety procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory depending on the location of work sites

This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in manual labour roles within a supportive team environment. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
