Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a cooperative and high-performance work environment
Manage food handling procedures to maintain safety and quality standards in compliance with health regulations
Utilize POS systems to process orders, payments, and cash handling accurately
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally

Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Experience with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and conduct interviews confidently
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant experience is essential
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
