With at least three years of experience in facility and risk management, the ideal candidate will provide coaching and support to staff, while overseeing maintenance budgets and compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of facilities and properties
Develop and oversee maintenance and capital budgets
Supervise contractors for HVAC,



plumbing, and fire safety
Conduct safety audits and inspections to mitigate risks

Post-secondary education in Facilities Management
