Join Cozey as the Inventory Management Lead, ensuring optimum inventory integrity across all fulfillment centers. This role focuses on setting standards and driving performance. Based in Mont-Royal, you will report to the Vice-President of Operations & Logistics.

This position requires managing inventory procedures, supporting cycle counts, and maintaining SKU-level tracking across the network. Your solid analytical skills will enable you to resolve discrepancies and proactively enhance customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Establish inventory control policies across fulfillment centers
Maintain accurate inventory records in every FC location
Supervise cycle counting and enforce standards
Guide inventory problem resolutions impacting orders
Monitor compliance with safety and audit standards Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in inventory control or supply chain
At least 2 years in a team leadership role
Solid command over inventory control principles
Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems
