Peace Country Rentals is currently seeking a Counter Associate to join our growing team. This is a rapid-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, equipment, and tools.

About the Role

As a Counter Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll assist with rental orders, answer questions, coordinate equipment needs, and work closely with yard and sales staff to ensure a smooth rental experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Process rental orders and returns accurately
Provide general guidance on equipment, tools, and rental solutions
Coordinate with yard staff to ensure equipment availability
Handle basic paperwork and computer entry
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, team-oriented attitude
Previous rental or yard experience is an asset
