Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to act as the first contact for Hip and Knee ASAP referrals. You will work within an interdisciplinary team with orthopaedic surgeons to assess and triage patients, develop shared-care plans, and refer to community resources for self-management.
