Our Regina-based client is hiring a Project Manager for a 2-year onsite contract chance, with potential extensions.

Must Haves:

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with a copy of the certificate required
- Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure
- Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Experience delivering IT projects within structured project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Strong experience establishing and facilitating project governance structures, including executive steering committees




- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication experience with executives, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party service providers
- Experience leading organizational change management activities, including communications, impact/readiness assessments, training, and user adoption
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and resource management experience
- Exceptional leadership, relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan
