Qualifications:
2 years scheduling experience
3 years of Data entry
Strong computer skills in a variety of different areas such as: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organization and ability to multi-task
Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Accuracy and high attention to detail is required
Effective time management
Must be fluent in English, written and spoken

Daily Tasks:
Schedule field installation and service appointments from Builders and Homeowners received by email, online portals and phone calls
Maintain information and all updates in scheduling software




Prepare job files and work orders
Maintain strong communications between managers and field staff
Coordinate with warehouse staff for material requirements and package preparation for scheduled HVAC Installations
Order and monitor service parts required to purchasing department for service technicians
Provide high level of customer service with customers across multiple divisions
Update CRM records with information pertaining to the job reported from sales, customers and field staff
Respond to all installation related customer questions and concerns in a timely manner

The employee will be reporting to the Installation, Service Manager

Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
