As a member of the Live Events team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service while supervising event staff at Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field.

You will act as a key communication link between clients and building personnel, addressing operational inquiries and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. A focus on timeliness and successful event execution is crucial. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee event operations with Live Events team
Act as liaison for clients and venue staff
Respond to operational and service issues effectively
Run event briefings to prepare staff
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Requirements:
Supervised in event management or related field for 1+ years
Open to working versatile schedule, including weekends
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
