Take charge of financial leadership in a Controller position within a multi-property organization located in Downtown Ottawa. This role focuses on optimizing financial systems and reporting to drive company growth. As a Controller, you will work with an expanding team managing a vast portfolio of residential properties.

You will be responsible for all facets of accounting, ensuring financial policies are robust, and enhancing the use of Yardi Voyager. Your insights will empower decision-making and improve operational efficiency, while actively partnering with ownership and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Direct full-cycle accounting and cash-flow management
Strengthen financial controls and reporting practices




Spearhead enhancements to Yardi Voyager usage
Produce timely financial statements for management
Cultivate external relationships with key service providers Requirements:
Proven Controller or Accounting Manager experience
Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and property management systems
CPA designation is an asset with robust accounting skills
Experience in multi-property settings is beneficial
