Become an integral part of HelloFresh as a Hub Operations Supervisor in Calgary. Drive delivery operations, manage staff effectively, and maintain compliance with all safety standards. Reporting to the Hub Manager, this supervisory position enables you to lead a team in achieving vital performance goals while managing day-to-day operations.

You'll coordinate vehicle capacity, conduct training, and promote a culture focused on health & safety compliance. You must foster open communication among all staff to enhance overall engagement and morale. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team tasks to meet performance metrics
Conduct quality assurance and safety compliance checks
Manage scheduling and employee performance reviews
Facilitate staff training for warehousing and delivery
Ensure effective communication of maintenance requirements Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of leadership in logistics
Valid Class 5 license essential
Ability to participate in physical tasks daily
Competence in rapid-paced settings
