Create patient profiles in Epic and schedule appointments




Handle incoming referrals and manage patient follow-ups
Assist with patient check-in and demographic verification
Collect payments and maintain inventory for the clinic
Facilitate communication with clinical staff and respond to inquiries Requirements:
Secondary School Graduation Diploma
6 months of relevant experience preferred
Proficiency in Epic and clinical environments
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
