4 Months. *Possibility of Extension*, Full time Permanent Role AswellEducation:Grade 12Experience:7-11 MonthsApply By Date:21-Sep-2026Application InformationRCY Case Worker 2 PositionsStreet Culture Project (SCP) is hiring two Case Workers for our Regina Connected Youth program, supporting youth involved in the criminal justice system.Positions: One full-time permanent position and one full-time, four-month term with the possibility of extension.Location: Regina, SKHours for both positions: MondayFriday, noon8 p.M., 35+ hours per week. Flexibility required.Pay: $21.50$25.00/hour, with benefits, RRSP matching, and career development.Start: Immediately upon hiring.Responsibilities:Build trusting relationships with youth while maintaining professional boundaries.Develop and review individualized case plans for 67 youth.Support access to health, education, court appointments, housing, food, and community resources.Provide mentorship, advocacy, conflict mediation, and life-skills support.Maintain daily case notes, monthly reports,
and incident documentation.Collaborate on individual and group programming.Qualifications:Grade 12 and at least one year of frontline youth-care experience.Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with harm reduction, youth-centred care, Nurtured Heart, and trauma-informed practice.Experience with Indigenous youth, justice involvement, mental health, or substance use is an asset.Requirements:Valid Canadian drivers licence and drivers abstract; Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance.
