You'll play a vital role in managing a portfolio of approximately 325 retail locations, analyzing performance and occupancy costs to drive effective real estate decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate lease transactions from start to finish
- Analyze store performance and market conditions
- Prepare business cases and financial evaluations
- Liaise with landlords and internal teams
- Develop occupancy budgets and reports Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- At least 3 years of retail leasing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting software proficiency
