Senior Sales Coordinator – English/Mandarin Bilingual

Compensation: CAD $65,000–$90,000 per year (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing seafood company supplying high-quality, sustainably harvested products to retail and foodservice customers across North America.

They are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support end-to-end sales and order fulfillment coordination for major North American grocery and foodservice accounts. This is a 100% office-based position with no outside sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage the process from customer orders through inventory planning, production and supply coordination, logistics, and final delivery, while ensuring high On-Time In-Full performance and retailer compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for major grocery and foodservice accounts, from order receipt through inventory coordination, international shipment, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with overseas production teams, warehouses, freight and logistics providers, and customers to manage product flow from overseas supply through delivery in North America.
- Oversee a high volume of orders across multiple accounts, locations, and SKUs, prioritizing tasks and proactively addressing potential inventory, supply, or delivery issues.
- Monitor sales activity and inventory levels, support demand planning and forecasting, and ensure product availability is aligned with customer demand and supply lead times.
- Track order fulfillment and delivery performance, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and take action to address delays, shortages, or recurring service issues.
- Manage retailer-specific shipping and delivery requirements and support the resolution of deductions, chargebacks, and other fulfillment-related issues.




- Use Excel and other data tools to analyze sales, inventory, and operational data, identify trends and potential risks, and improve tracking and workflow efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, QA, Warehouse, and freight and logistics providers to resolve issues and continuously improve order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, order fulfillment, sales operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the food manufacturing or CPG industry .

• Hands-on experience managing high-volume, end-to-end order fulfillment for major grocery, retail, or foodservice accounts with operations at a provincial, national, or North American level.

- Experience coordinating a high volume of orders across multiple accounts, locations, and SKUs while meeting strict delivery requirements and deadlines.
- Robust ability to anticipate potential inventory, supply, and delivery issues, prioritize effectively, and proactively coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience with demand planning and sales forecasting , including monitoring sales trends and reconciling forecasts against inventory levels.

• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills, with the ability to use Excel and other data tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and improve operational efficiency.

- Strong understanding of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and experience monitoring and improving fulfillment performance.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.

- Japanese language skills are considered as an asset.
