CanTalk (Canada) Inc. is currently hiring Seasonal Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to provide customer service and technical support for online ticketing platforms, including theme parks and event services.

We are seeking candidates who are fluent in English and French or English and Spanish .

This is a full time seasonal, in-person opportunity requiring strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Seasonal Full-Time Position
Expected 30–40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $16.00 CAD
Open availability required between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
Weekend availability required

Mandatory Training:
October 7–9, 2026: In-person at our Winnipeg office
Attendance for all training days is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and technical support over the phone and through online systems
Assist customers experiencing issues with online ticket purchases
Troubleshoot ticket-related and account-related concerns
Guide customers toward timely and professional resolutions




Document customer interactions accurately using company systems
Work with internet-based software and support tools
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information

Qualifications:
Excellent command of English and either French or Spanish
Robust communication and customer service skills
Customer service or call center experience is considered an asset
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual

Requirements:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be able to attend all mandatory training sessions
Must have open availability between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
May be required to complete a criminal record check
