Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items in accordance with safety standards
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations and equipment
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper food handling and sanitation practices




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Experience in food preparation or food handling roles demonstrates your readiness for this position
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is essential
Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment ensures smooth operations during peak hours
