The Brand Portfolio Coordinator, Spirits supports the Director and Brand Portfolio Managers in operational tasks and supports the business plans of Dandurand Group wine and spirits partners.

Responsibilities
Develop quality working relationships with portfolio partners and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate the bidding process of Canadian monopolies for the introduction of recent products for their portfolio brands.
Coordinate and update all product information (e.g. packaging changes, technical data sheets, certificates, etc.) and complete corresponding documents.
Prepare product information presentations to share with sales teams.
Act as operational and logistical contact between partners and regional sales teams.
Support brand portfolio managers in creating briefs for consumer and customer marketing.




Manage the acquisition and distribution of partner product samples to markets.
Support public relations and event management managers in the coordination and implementation of in-market partner activities.

Education & Experience
College diploma in marketing, administration or equivalent
Bachelor's degree (an asset)
Two (2) years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of wines and spirits (an asset)
