This full time position within Sobeys' IT Ecommerce team seeks an experienced analyst to manage Salesforce application enhancements and fixes.

You will provide expert Level 2 & 3 support, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your mentorship will guide the team in translating business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform
Maintain system documentation and configuration changes
Support project activities with various stakeholders
Lead cross-functional teams in documenting requirements
Identify and propose enhancements for application efficiency Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field
6+ years of progressive IT experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential
Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred
