Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, faade systems, curtain wall, glazing, or building envelope projects.
Valuable command of English.
College diploma in civil engineering technology, construction engineering technology, architectural technology, or a related discipline.

Main duties
Develop conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering drawings and detailed construction drawings for curtain wall, window wall, glazing, and building envelope projects based on preliminary concepts, engineering designs, and project specifications.; - Prepare construction specifications, material take-offs, cost estimates, project schedules, technical reports, and other project documentation.
Verify field dimensions and existing site conditions to support engineering designs and fabrication.




Coordinate with construction field inspectors, project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure construction activities comply with engineering designs, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
Conduct technical site inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues identified during field inspections.
Maintain engineering documentation, project records, and technical correspondence.
Monitor construction progress and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with company quality assurance procedures, applicable building codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.
