Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing various treatments, offering product recommendations, and enhancing the overall guest experience through outstanding customer service.

Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Demonstrate product usage and advantages during client consultations to encourage upselling.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
Foster solid guest relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.




Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Requirements
Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, or related fields is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Sales experience is a plus; ability to upsell products and services effectively.
Knowledge of guest services principles and practices in a spa or salon setting.
Familiarity with hair styling techniques is beneficial but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
