Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed
Install siding, drywall, painting and other exterior or interior building materials with precision
Conduct woodworking tasks including framing, cabinetry, or custom woodwork projects
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials like welding equipment or working at heights

Requirements




Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and related trades
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
Knowledge of drywall installation, doors, frames, steel studs, ceiling tiles, painting and siding application
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
