You will engage in troubleshooting, project support, and infrastructure monitoring, contributing to business-critical communication services across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Level 2 incidents in video-conferencing settings
Troubleshoot hardware, endpoints, and applications




Maintain Cisco video endpoints, including Webex and Room series
Monitor health and proactively identify issues
Support projects and escalate technical problems Requirements:
Advanced experience with Cisco video conferencing technology
