Overview

Our clients are looking for a skilled and creative developer to help shape the next generation of our front-office risk and analytics platform. You’ll collaborate directly with traders and quantitative teams to design and implement high-performance Python frameworks that drive real-time pricing, risk, and decision-making across the business. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sophisticated finance and modern software engineering.

The Role

You will be responsible for industrializing models and analytics, moving them from research into robust, production-grade environments. The position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to bridge technical and business needs, working in a rapid-paced environment where your code directly influences trading decisions. We are looking for an engineer with personality who thrives in a collaborative, front-office setting.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading the design and development of scalable, production-grade risk and pricing components




Partnering with quants and front-office teams to industrialise models and analytics
Driving best practices in software design, testing, and performance tuning
Collaborating directly with traders to deliver real-time decision-making tools
Bridging the gap between complex mathematical models and high-performance software

Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with Python
Strong Computer Science fundamentals (degree preferred but not essential)
An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about markets and trading
A proactive mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Strong personality and collaborative spirit
Proven experience in building high-performance, scalable software
