Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight and cargo to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic automotive repairs to maintain optimal vehicle performance
Manage freight documentation accurately, including delivery receipts, manifests, and logs
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate pickups and deliveries




Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior for safety and professionalism
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or damage during transportation

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, and managing freight handling
Knowledge of automotive repair basics to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues
Proven experience in commercial driving with a focus on safety and efficiency
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads and operating heavy machinery
Robust communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes as needed
