DESCRIPTION
Answer phone calls & emails in a professional & timely manner
Work in a team environment providing support to fellow co-workers
Must be proficient in full cycle bookkeeping, including payroll
Provide coverage for reception, answers incoming calls with a professional manner
Participate in yearly inventory count.
Preform other tasks as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion 4th year Accounting Program (CGA/CPA)
College or university degree is an asset
5 years of bookkeeping experience




Ability to adapt and learn recent accounting software
Robust computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to different types of personalities
Possess a strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, work as part of a team & independently
