Assistant Spa Manager - Coastal British Columbia

Location: Vancouver Island, BC

Package: $58,000 CAD per year + housing + benefits An incredible chance for an experienced spa professional to join the leadership team of a high-end luxury resort on British Columbia’s stunning Vancouver Island.

We’re looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who combines genuine hands-on spa experience with solid leadership skills and a real passion for exceptional guest service.

Working alongside the Spa Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day operation of a world-class spa, supporting the team, maintaining exceptional service standards and stepping into the Spa Manager role when required. This is very much a hands-on leadership position, including supporting reception and treatments where needed.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of management experience within a high-end, full-service luxury spa or similar environment
Previous experience as a Massage Practitioner
Minimum 1,000 hours of formal massage education

Robust leadership, communication and people-management skills
Experience with scheduling, training, performance management and spa operations
Comfortable with budgets, inventory and retail performance
SpaSoft/Maestro experience would be an asset
Versatile to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to commit to the position for 2 years
