Your expertise will enhance student outcomes through lab-based learning, mentoring, and designing impactful curricula. You will work closely with program leaders to align academic offerings with industry needs and foster continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging courses with active learning methods
Create and update curricula based on current research
Support student success through personalized feedback
Collaborate on academic planning and program enhancement
Engage in applied research and industry partnershipsRequirements:
Over 10 years of firefighting experience necessary
At least 5 years of teaching at the post-secondary level
Master’s Degree in Fire Protection or similar
Required industry certifications from IFSAC or Pro Board
