Reporting to the Youth Director, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment, planning engaging activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Your availability may need to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and school holidays, to fulfill program needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a secure and inclusive space for children
• Lead fun and educational activities tailored to children's ages




• Develop solid relationships with children and parents
• Ensure supervision and safety for all participants
• Keep program areas clean and well-organized
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or relevant educational background
• Childcare experience in a similar workplace preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Must be available for adaptable shifts
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
