In this role, you will provide strategic and operational guidance within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer.

Reporting to the Manager Cyber Services Delivery, you will cultivate partnerships and oversee the implementation of impactful cyber programs. Your focus will be on aligning initiatives with the city’s objectives and ensuring top-tier security standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Act as the single point of contact for clients in cyber services
- Manage intake requests, assess risks, and facilitate remediation
- Collaborate with organization segments to enforce standards Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Technology or related fields
- 5+ years experience in client relations and security
- Solid IT knowledge relevant to cyber security
- Proven project management experience at a high level
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA Support the City of Toronto in achieving cyber security goals with your expertise and initiative.
