Responsibilities
Support daily production line operations to ensure an productive and consistent workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in production and work areas
Operate machinery and equipment safely in accordance with training and company guidelines
Assemble and package products accurately following established procedures and quality standards
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and report any issues




Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment as needed
Follow all workplace safety policies and company procedures at all times

Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to balance physical tasks with office work
Solid attention to detail and quality
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily
Willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus
