About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented private cook and housekeeper to assist us 3 days a week at our home located just steps from English Bay in Vancouver's West End. This is a short-duration, high-efficiency micro-shift designed for someone living nearby or looking for a steady neighborhood routine. You will be responsible for preparing one fresh, home-cooked meal per shift using ingredients provided in office, followed by kitchen cleanup and light household maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Cooking (Per Shift): Prepare one fresh, healthy meal per shift (lunch or dinner) tailored to standard dietary preferences, leaving the meal ready or portioned out.
Kitchen Maintenance:



Wash cooking tools and dishes, load/unload the dishwasher, and wipe down counters, the stove, and sink areas.
Light Cleaning & Tidying: Maintain main living areas, handle light surface dusting, vacuum high-traffic floors, and manage apartment recycling/garbage disposal.
Laundry Support: Occasionally start, fold, or put away a quick load of household laundry during cooking simmer times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven background in home cooking/meal prep and residential housekeeping.
Location Proximity: Must be local to downtown Vancouver or the West End for a prompt, reliable arrival.
Discretion & Reliability: Professional demeanor, excellent time management, and ability to work independently in a condo/apartment setting.
References: Provide at least two recent, verifiable references for cleaning and cooking.
