The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with other teams. The student assists with incident resolution, root cause identification, and works alongside more senior technicians to support delivery of technical initiatives.Advanced Technical SupportResponds to technical incidents escalated to the Service Desk, providing remote, on-site, and face-to-face support.Communicates technical solutions in accessible terms to non-technical clients.Incident and Asset ManagementPerforms the setup, configuration, and recovery of endpoint devices and peripherals.Follows established processes for deployment, replacement, and lifecycle tracking of assigned hardware.Professional Development and Change AwarenessBuilds knowledge in emerging technologies, institutional tools, and IT processes.Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and alignment with SAIT First Principles.QualificationsMust be a current SAIT student enrolled in and returning to a program in Computing Technology, Information Systems,
