As a Mental Health Reactivation Consultant, you will specialize in supporting employees facing short- and long-term disabilities. Ideal candidates are Registered Occupational Therapists with expertise in psychotherapy and return-to-work strategies. You will implement therapeutic interventions to enhance client functioning and facilitate their proper reintegration into the workplace while documenting progress regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess psychosocial issues affecting client performance




• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions using MHR program techniques

Requirements:
• Completed Occupational Therapy program with registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health
