The server advises guests, takes orders, and serves food and beverages in the dining room. More generally, they work collaboratively with other dining room team members to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly set up the dining room before service begins;

Advise guests and take orders;

Serve ordered food and beverages;

Check on guest satisfaction whenever possible;

Respond to all guest requests;

Process billing and payment once the meal is completed;

Ensure the cleanliness of their work area, the dining room, and the restrooms;

Perform any other related duties necessary to ensure smooth service operations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant industry experience;

Excellent customer service skills;

Strong interest in teamwork and collaboration;

Ability to work under pressure;

Valuable organizational skills;

Availability to work evenings and weekends;

Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both spoken and written.
