In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Shelter Manager, supervising daily operations and mentoring Shelter Workers.

Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a protected, respectful, and supportive space for guests, driving efficiency, and ensuring communication flows smoothly among team members and clients alike. Key Responsibilities:

- Train and supervise shelter staff and volunteers
- Oversee shift tasks and responsibilities
- Facilitate case management for shelter clients

- Diploma in Human Services or Social Work preferred
- 2+ years of relevant frontline experience
