Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Teach patients about rehabilitation processes • Document clinical progress and maintain records • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team • Participate in departmental strategy meetings
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent • Licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to work both independently and in teams • Current CPR Basic Rescuer certification
