Our financial services client is seeking a Systems Administrator (5-7 years) to troubleshoot incidents and support CyberArk projects within Networks and Infrastructure

This role supports infrastructure operations and security tools initiatives within a banking environment. The position focuses on troubleshooting infrastructure incidents, supporting CyberArk-related projects, and collaborating with engineering teams across systems and application support. The team is supporting ongoing operational coverage for a leave replacement within a 5-person environment.

- Hands-on administration and project support with CyberArk
- UNIX systems management across AIX/HP-UX servers and support tools
- Exposure to infrastructure systems , security controls, and risk-related environments

Nice to Have

- ControlMinder
- Change Auditor
- University Degree or Information Security Certification / Accreditation

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot incidents related to infrastructure systems and applications
- Support projects involving CyberArk
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure support activities
- Initiate corrective actions to resolve system and infrastructure application errors
- Log and document production problems and identify recurring issues
- Respond to calls from application support groups and systems engineers to resolve or elevate issues
- Interact with server, database, network support staff,



and systems programmers to maintain infrastructure availability
