Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily maintenance operations and task assignments
• Conduct training sessions for team skill development
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards




• Provide direct support during maintenance procedures
• Manage parts ordering and inventory system updates
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience of up to 2 years
• 5 years of relevant maintenance experience required
• Certification in industrial maintenance mechanics
• Familiarity with ARC Flash and 5S practices
• Proficient in MP-2 software and MS Office applications
