The successful candidate will engage directly with cross-disciplinary teams and serve as a resource for regulatory matters impacting electricity and gas markets.Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on AUC-related issues
Analyze legal matters and prepare memos/opinions
Advise on correspondence and Commission findings
Represent AUC at the Alberta Court of Appeal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on casesRequirements:
LL.B. and four years of relevant experience
Member of Law Society of Alberta
Litigation experience is a robust asset
Excellent research and writing skills
