We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Duties:
Distributes all perk enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
Accept customer calls and return customer
Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on current products, services, and policies.
