Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Showroom Sales Executive to join our team and drive exceptional customer experiences. Duties

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and trust.
- Conduct product demonstrations using tools like SketchUp or CAD software to illustrate design concepts and renovation ideas effectively.
- Assist customers with inside sales activities, including product selection, upselling premium options, and providing detailed explanations of features and benefits.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
- Develop strong customer relationships through personalized service, account management, and follow-up communication to foster loyalty.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting current products, special offers, or renovation solutions to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team on merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and optimize the showroom layout for maximum appeal.




- Utilize negotiation skills during sales discussions to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to educate clients about high-end offerings and construction or renovation processes.
- Maintain organizational standards by keeping the showroom tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end products or services.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), or similar design tools for client presentations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with customer service expertise to upsell products confidently while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with renovation or construction processes enhances your ability to advise clients effectively.
- Experience in inside sales activities such as product demos, account management, and merchandising strategies.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative in driving sales goals.
