Job Summary

Guelph City Mazda is looking for a part-time Shuttle Driver, with the potential for full-time hours, who is motivated, customer-focused, and professional. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and brings a positive and flexible attitude to the role. A valid Ontario driver’s license, clean driving abstract, and familiarity with the Guelph area are essential.

The Shuttle Driver, will play an important front-line role by transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicle is being serviced. You’ll ensure a welcoming, safe, and effective experience for each guest, while supporting our service team and upholding company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting potential clients and transporting them to work or home while their vehicle is in service.

- Providing customers positive experiences through excellent service.

- Working in a process-driven work environment.

- Must follow Company policies and practices.





- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, and a professional etiquette.

- Possess strong organizational, follow-up, and electronic paper-flow handling skills.

- Quick thinker and learner, ability to multitask.

- Positive, flexible, and process-oriented.

- Organized, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.

- Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.

- Valid Ontario Drivers License.

- Clean Drivers Abstract.

- Knowledge of Guelph and surrounding area roads is needed.
