You 'll lead quality strategy, mentor QA professionals, and ensure our EMR solutions are delivered with the highest standards of quality and reliability.What you will doQuality Strategy & ProcessDefine and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practicesEstablish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure effectivenessDrive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and toolsEvaluate and implement automated testing tools and frameworksDevelop QA policies, procedures, and governance frameworksTesting OversightOversee planning and execution of functional, integration, regression, systems integration, and UAT testingReview and approve test strategies, plans, cases, and scriptsMonitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure comprehensive test coverage for both GUI and non-GUI environmentsSupport UAT coordination and production issue resolutionLead and coordinate a team of QA testersAssign tasks, manage workload distribution, and optimize team resourcesMentoring and supporting qualified developmentFoster collaboration between QA, Development, Product, and Business Analysis teamsStakeholder ManagementServe as primary QA contact for leadership and stakeholdersProvide regular quality reports, status updates,
and risk assessmentsParticipate in project planning to provide QA estimates and resource requirementsWhat you bring7–10+ years in QA with increasing responsibility, including 3+ years leading QA teamsProven success testing complex, large-scale systems and building high-performing QA organizationsExpert in QA principles, methodologies, and tools, with deep black-box testing experience on multi-tier architecturesAdvanced SQL; experience with automated testing frameworks, version control, and PythonFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API testing tools (Postman)Strong communicator and leader with excellent coaching and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong time management and a results-driven, customer-focused mindsetBachelor 's degree in Computer Scienceor related discipline, or equivalent experienceGreat-to-havesHealthcare sector experience, preferably with EMR/EHR systemsFamiliarity with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7) and privacy requirementsProfessional software testing certification (e.G., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, ASQ CSQE) or equivalent professional developmentHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelinesAgile/Scrum methodology experienceSalary Range: $95,000-$143,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
