Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Living in the Edmonton area. You will assess needs, provide therapeutic nursing services, and coordinate care with the healthcare team in patients' homes and communities.
You will lead care planning, support clients and families, and ensure secure, holistic, client-centered care in a rapid-paced setting. Provisional permits are paid at the start, with full permit rates following UNA guidelines.
