About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Graduate HR Generalist to join their Human Resources department in Kimberley . This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals interested in a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team, supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. This on-site role provides a valuable learning setting within a supportive team setting, allowing for direct mentorship and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide assistance with employee relations inquiries and concerns.
Help coordinate HR initiatives,



training programs, and employee events.
Assist with payroll processing and advantages administration.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
