About the Role
Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience. The Product Owner will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high‑impact digital solutions that align with business goals.Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to internal stakeholders and development teamsGather and translate business requirements into transparent user stories and functional specificationsManage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needsCollaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycleLead sprint planning, backlog grooming,



and other Agile ceremoniesMonitor product performance and user feedback to identify prospects for enhancement and optimizationAct as the primary point of contact between business and technical teamsEnsure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and product releases within timelinesSupport change management, user adoption, and documentation efforts when neededQualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused roleStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExperience working with cross‑functional technical teams in a quick‑paced environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platformsAbility to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience considerationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
