Oversee and coach a design team of 8–9 professionals
Schedule and assign projects while managing design workload
Review and validate detailed shop drawings created by the team
Address technical inquiries in collaboration with clients
Manage external freelancers and oversee project billing
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years in the commercial construction sector
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional design teams
Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD; Solid Works knowledge preferred
