This temporary full time role requires collaboration with the Orthopaedic Care Team under the Manager of Ambulatory Surgical Care. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating pre-operative and follow-up care for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs during clinic visits and consultations
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for patients
Coordinate pre-op, post-op, and follow-up patient care
Provide ongoing education on orthopaedic procedures
Participate in quality initiatives and team collaboration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Registered or eligible with NSCN
Three years pediatric surgical nursing experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
